Advanced Registration
Participants are encouraged to register in advance via the online registration form available on the official Congress website.

On-site Registration
On-site registration will be available throughout the duration of the Congress.

Full Registration Fee Includes:
• Admission to all Congress sessions and exhibition areas
• Congress materials (Final Program, congress bag, Certificate of Attendance)
• Congress dinner
• Coffee breaks

Online Registration Fee Includes:
• Access to all Congress sessions via the official online Congress platform
• PDF version of the Final Program booklet
• PDF Certificate of Attendance, including accreditation points from professional chambers

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Congress agency, Vivid Original, at info@vivid-original.com, and must be received no later than January 15, 2026.

A refund of the registration fee, minus a 20% administrative charge and applicable VAT, will be processed after the Congress.
Please note that cancellations received after January 15, 2026, are non-refundable.
