  • Registration fees are exclusive of 5% tax. Taxes will be added at the time of payment during your registration.
  • Proof of Clinical Fellow or Trainee (Grad Student/Trainee) status is required at time of registration.

Virtual Registration Includes:

  •  Access to two days’ access of live-streamed sessions

Virtual delegates will view the sessions live through Zoom Webinar, with the ability to enter questions into the Q&A, which will be addressed in real-time.  The sessions will be recorded and the links will be emailed to all delegates (both in person and virtual).

 cGvHD 2024 Gala Dinner & Social Event
A Gala Dinner and Social Event will be held on Thursday, October 17th at 6:30 pm at the TAP & BARREL BRIDGES  https://tapandbarrel.com/

This event is for all delegates to celebrate the success of the Symposium. Join us to connect, enjoy a wonderful dinner, and dance!

Ticket Price: $125 CAD

Terms and Conditions

Registration and attendance at, or participation in cGvHD 2024 constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the organizer’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes. 

For onsite registration rates we can only accept Cash, Visa or Master Card. Full payment is due prior to obtaining your badge for entry to the symposium. Cheques will NOT be accepted.

Registration cancellations received in writing at the cGvHD 2024 Conference Secretariat’s address by September 10, 2024 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a CAD 150.00 administrative fee, as per Committee policy. Cancellations received after September 10, 2024 will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original delegate’s registration via the confirmation email and replacing with the new delegate. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference.

In the unlikely event that the Conference is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
