Welcome to the cGvHD 2024 information page! Here, you will find the essential details to ensure you make the most of your experience at the 7th International Chronic Graft-versus-Host Diseases.
Congress Venue & Host City
The cGvHD 2024 Symposium is held at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Center, which is situated at the heart of Vancouver downtown. Click on City Information to learn more about Vancouver and things to do in the city during your stay for the Symposium.
Registration
Registration is located on the 2nd level of the North Tower
- From South Tower (Guest rooms), take the 3rd floor concourse bridge to the North Tower, then the escalators down to the 2nd floor
- From outside (ground level), access the North Tower, then take the escalator up one floor to level 2
Please note that all sessions are in the North tower of the Sheraton Wall Centre.
You will receive a condensed program in your badge, but please feel free to bring a copy of the relevant pages from the program book (printed copies of the program book will NOT be available on site).

*Please note that posters not taken down may be removed and disposed of by the Symposium staff.
Speaker Services
Speaker Services is located within the Grand Ballroom AB (Plenary Room) at the Tech Table. All speakers are asked to send in their slides in advance, using the WeTransfer Link provided by email from the Program Manager.
Visit the Speaker Services Table at least 24 hours before your presentation time (or as soon as you arrive on-site), to ensure your presentation is loaded onto the system and ready for your session start time.

cGvHD 2024 Gala Dinner & Social Event
The Gala Dinner will be held on Thursday, October 17th at 6:30 pm at the TAP & BARREL BRIDGES https://tapandbarrel.com/. This dinner is organized for all the delegates to celebrate the success of the Symposium. Join us to connect, network, and dance!

Tap & Barrel Bridges is located on the False Creek Seawall in the heart of Olympic Village, with breathtaking views of Science World, BC Place, and Rogers Arena.
Ticket Price: CAD 125. Pre-registration is required and tickets may be purchased online here or at the registration desk.
Deadline: October 16 at noon.
Transportation: Shuttle services has been arranged for delegate transportation to and from the conference venue to the social event venue. Delegates can also make their own transportation arrangements. Shuttles will begin at 18:15 and begin returning to the Sheraton Wall Centre shortly after dinner. Delegates are asked to meet in the hotel lobby for shuttle service.
